I have been in the mortgage lending business for 26 years. Prior to becoming a Mortgage Loan Officer, I was a DE Underwriter and Closer for 10 years. I specialize in all loans from First Time Homebuyers with Down Payment Assistance, Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, THDA, HUD Loans. I feel that I have a very good understanding of what my customers are looking for from me. With my experience as an underwriter I have the qualifications to recognize an approval loan and to instruct my customers on what they need to qualify.
