Morgan McCown

Morgan grew up in Longview, TX in a family of real estate professionals. The love for real estate and all things home related started early, with her childhood spent on construction sites with her dad and learning all about Good Faith Estimates from her mom. After moving to Arkansas in 2006, Morgan graduated from Little Rock Central High School and was sought out as a senior in high school to join a small, family owned mortgage company as a Processing Assistant. The mortgage bug bit Morgan immediately, and after receiving her Associates Degree from Pulaski Technical College, she decided to invest her time into learning all she could about the industry and to commit her career path to mortgage. Morgan quickly climbed the mortgage ladder, learning how to process, jr. underwrite, and close a loan – the behind-the-scenes steps that are oftentimes rarely talked about but critical to a smooth transaction. Excelling in relationship building, Morgan decided to start originating loans herself in 2019. Morgan’s pride in originating mortgage loans comes directly from ensuring her clients feel educated, informed, cared for, and considered. If you’re ever around her, there’s no doubt you’ll her her say, “nobody wants a mortgage lender…they want a home. I’m just the necessary means of getting them there, so I just want to make sure they enjoy the experience, and maybe we’ll be friends when it’s over.” And, if you ever get a change to be her client, you’ll see that she means it.

When Morgan isn’t originating home loans, you’ll likely find her on a golf course, near a body of water, in a hammock, cooking, or spending time with her loved ones. Though not a native Arkansan, she loves being able to call The Natural State and all the beauty it has to offer “home.”
